Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Securely pack your Hiboy product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the charger to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
